Check-in time for the inn is from 3 – 6 p.m. To arrange check-in after 6 p.m., please call 614-372-5507 or email info@hawthorneparkbnb.com. If your travel or flight is delayed, please contact the inn or email us to let us know your estimated arrival time.

We have private, gated parking to accommodate all guests.

Check out time is 11 a.m. If you would like to spend some additional time on the grounds, you may check out at noon, but you must clear your guest room of all personal belongings by 11 a.m. so that we can begin readying the room for guests arriving in the afternoon.

We do require multi-night stays during certain times of the year, including special event weekends, university events and holidays, which typically have a minimum two-night’s stay. Certain dates requiring multiple night stays will be noted on our online reservation system.

Rates are for single or double occupancy and include our home-cooked breakfast. All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and a nominal credit card convenience charge.

A full, home-cooked breakfast each morning of your stay is included in the rate.

We allow a maximum of 3 people per guest room. There is a charge of $25/night for an additional person (beyond standard double occupancy) as well as a one-time $25 fee for a rollaway twin bed.

Guests 8 – 20 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. Children under 8 are not permitted. Special arrangements may be made when all rooms are booked by the same party.

We work hard to make sure that all of our guests have a wonderful, memorable experience. That experience includes maintaining high standards when it comes to providing clean facilities, linens, artwork, antiques and furniture. We ask that all guests please refrain from eating or bringing beverages into the guest rooms. We have refrigerators that you are welcome to utilize. All food consumption should be in the dining, common or designated outside areas of the inn.

No pets allowed.

We are a non-smoking facility. We do permit smoking in designated areas outdoors. Any smoking inside of the Bed and Breakfast will result in an immediate request to leave, an additional cleaning fee of $150, plus your room charges.

We accept cash, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Reservations are charged, in full, approximately 5-business days prior to the date of check-in. If you are paying by cash, it is collected at the time of check-in (a credit card is required to secure the reservation).

Reservations canceled more than 14-days prior to check-in date will be fully refunded. Those canceled 2 to 14 days prior to check-in date will be charged the first night’s rate plus taxes (if only one night is booked then 50% of the room cost will be charged). Cancellations made less than 48-hours prior to check-in and no-shows will be charged for the entire reservation booked.

Reservations canceled:
45-days or more prior to special event dates are fully refunded
30-days or less are charged for first night’s room(s) plus taxes
15-days or less are charged for the entire stay booked
No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation booked
