Columbus Events – November 2013 Posted October 18, 2013

Having just moved to Columbus this past spring, we are continually amazed by the vast number and variety of events that are hosted in this great city. There is always, quite literally, something to do. Here are some of the event highlights for November, 2013:

Josh Krajcik will kick off the month with a concert at The Bluestone on Saturday, November 2nd. Located less than two miles from Hawthorne Park Bed and Breakfast, the unique church-turned-concert-venue will host the Columbus native and X-Factor Season I runner-up.

The Short North Gallery Hop is a Columbus staple. If you haven’t experienced the art, food and live entertainment, you haven’t really experienced Columbus! Hop along North High Street from Goodale Blvd. to Fifth Avenue on Saturday, November 2nd.

The stunning visuals and brilliant performance of the Blue Man Group will leave you speechless – much like the Blue Men themselves. No words are needed as this group of performers thrills the audience at the Ohio Theatre as the “Broadway in Columbus” show runs from Friday, November 1st through Sunday, November 3rd.

Twenty-one-time Grammy-award winner Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar will hit up the Nationwide Arena on Friday, November 8th. Also at the Nationwide Arena, and for the first time in six years, Justin Timberlake will bring his 20/20 Experience World Tour to Columbus on Saturday, November 16th.

Kick off the holiday season with Easton Town Center’s 14th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration on Friday, November 22nd. A holiday parade, the arrival of Santa Claus and lighting of the 50-foot tree will put you in the holiday spirit!

Visit Franklin Park Conservatory, located just a few blocks from Hawthorne Park Bed and Breakfast for Merry and Bright: Holidays at the Conservatory featuring festive poinsettia and evergreen displays and holiday activities for all ages. The display will kick off on November 23rd and run through January 5th.
